I'm sorry to say this but if you don't have much then you can't expect much in return. If you want to start getting good rares your going to need to trade good rares. Thats just the way it works.

Not all people, someone might have one and want to get rid of it just because they don't like it. But most would like to get something in return equal or greater value to them.
