I don't have a PSP or the other PSP yet, but everything I've been hearing makes me want to get them.

I'll hold off for now, though, in case (as admittedly very unlikely as it is) we get a PSP+PS:P2 bundle stateside the way Sega was tossing around the possibility of a JP bundle.

She's pure Little Wing. According to her bio, she has known Crouch and Chelsea since before Little Wing was formed. She seems like a "hatarki-man" character though and I don't particularly like that particular architype.

Someone who willfully chooses their job over a private life. Not that they are so busy they don't have time to have a private life but one who actively chooses job over private. I'm just going on impressions from this magazine scan though. That doesn't mean she can't kick lots of butt or just is way to busy to have any private life but is just the vibes I got. We won't know for sure until the game comes out.

And heck, new characters are always good, provided they are properly developed.

Haha, you're right about the popular demand. PSO holds special sentimental value to me so I can't forget it. I'm lucky to have bought a PSP and uh... PSP, both are pretty fun games. Though I only wish your main character doesn't get so many lines.

Mostly because.. the lines are "..." "...!" "...?"

I'll grant that EpIV had some pretty rockin' zones--music, too, for that matter. I was pretty impressed back in the PSOBB days when I first got to play out in the desert, under the stars, with bangin' music on the speakers.

But what we need to have brought back are the gorgeous island environments of Gal da Val--jungle, beach, and mountains. For that matter, Caves 2, which is far easier on the eyes than Caves 1 even if Caves 1 somehow managed to become more iconic.

Also, more starry skies, a la Moonlight Beast and many of the missions in the deserts of PSO EpIV. They're the best.

That would be fantastic. I doubt it'll happen but it would be nice to visit all the old stages and see them be represented properly. I really wasn't a fan of the way they appear in PSU. All the ambient small touches were removed (for example, mists and butterflies in Forest) and the music tracks consisted of only the battle versions. And they reused all the same assets (textures, level mass outs, etc.) instead of building the levels from the ground up. I know they're reusing the same assets yet again though. :(
