How are ya?

Drunk as hell....maybe

Anyway, since I need a new PC, and my laptop is completely dead, what do I do with it?

I know the battery says....depose of it properly, but I don't know how.
Do I bring it somewhere and have someone dispose of it, or what? :o

Yeah, basically. Batteries are nasty. Frankly, the whole insides of a computer are more or less mildly toxic, depending on what it is.

For reference... lead soldering, for starters. Battery chemicals, etc.

I know the Best Buy near where I live has an interesting thing going on, used it on some old monitors. Pay $10 for the monitor and they take care of it. And then give you a $10 gift card.

This. RAM modules make good chew toys, as well, if you have a dog or a baby.

I'll look into that.
Though it's my laptop, so no monitor that's not connected.
I'll ask though. Really didn't even think of Best Buy, thanks.

I'd probably want to do that. Though I don't have anything important, just some games, movies and such that would be a pain redownloadingbuying.
