The Pan Arms Blade is a fact. One half resembles the reddish blade from one half of the Pan Arms, which the other half resembles the blueish blade from the other half of the Pan Arms.

yeah, Its fact, I have seen one. It was on a level 57 guy names Trunks. Looks sweet.
