Truthfully, I'd try to bank at least half.
As for the rest, I'd invest in a new GSX-R(down payment at least), games, new laptop, food, and probably moving out of my moms house, again.

I could do that with 10k, easily.

I'd use that for a motorcycle (http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/photos/2003models/2003-Kawasaki-Eliminator125a.jpg), the class for it, a new computer, a shitload of clothes (seriously, I have like a school weeks' worth of clothes right now), and an electric guitar. Part would be banked and part would go to around the house things.
