Thats the forums. It forces in spaces every so many straight characters. Dunno why. Maybe to deal with table stretching? Too low a limit for that though.

Probably is, I can't say I dislike them, since there's some genuinely good artists in their ranks that make really nice arranges, but there's also some pretty bad ones that make some grating shit, all in all, not my favorite circle.

If you want some good ones, try looking into the circle Silver Forest, out of the circles I've heard, they're my favorite. O-Life Japan and Oriens are also pretty good, they have some rather nice instrumental sounding stuff. The latter tending more toward orchestral, and the former has a couple Irish-folk sounding ones that are very nice, among others.
