Weapon Grinding...?

So I have a question about it. For every "very high" "high" there are percent ranges... Do they vary based on what grinder + you are using? Like if I wanted to get it to +2 it is just "very high chance" straight across the board. So if I used a +1 grinder would that be the same % as +10 grinder? The range for "very high" is 80%-95%...would a +10 grinder give me 95% and a +1 grinder give me 80%. Please help :).

As far as I know they're based on the current grind you are on on your weapon, grind bonus, luck, and quality of the grinder. So I s'pose you could say that yes, a higher + grinder would increase the % chance of a successful grind.
