Pumpkin rod question

So they been out for awhile. I can't seem to get a drop. But that is not my question. Usually you can see Rappy drops in shops or trade. I have not seen any for sale. Is our population that bad? are people finding and keeping stuff now? Just wondering cause my sis been wanting one and said none in shops. Thx.

I'd say about 5% or less of our population is even hunting for a pumpkin trick.

It's a gag item which isn't worth the time atm, 9* rod that only FT can use. People are more likely running GBR/seed express or whitebeast.
