Max stats guide?

I want to plan on using mats and MAGS to efficiently make my character

There is no maximum value for stats. You can do whatever you want with them.

There is a guide here that lists each character's stats at LV100.

That doesnt really make sense....
is that the characters stat cap that is listed
or
is that the natural growth stat cap and then mats and mags can increase past that?

Sorry if im not clear I just dont want to waste time using mats/mags the wrong way and have to change my approach when its too late

Basically, there is no stat cap. Make a RaMar, use 100 hp mats, equip 4 hp slots and behold!
