...tell what sec id the team (the creator) is before you join it.

Also can you tell where they are at, I hate joining a team in Ult. to find out they are in the ruins that I am nowhere near ready for.

To find out what section ID the creator has just goto the shops and look at the tekker since the apperance of the tekker is determined by section ID. However unless it's in the game title the only way to know exactly where the people in the game are at is to join and ask them.
