I reactivated my old PSU account, and bought the expansion today, I have a level 30 RAcast, where is everyone I have yet to encounter -anyone-

Even if your on the 360, I think a lot of people are playing all these new games that came out. Cod MW 2, L4D 2, and Assassin's Creed 2 to name a few.

a string of 4 missions that gives points for completing each run and the more points you have the higher the drop rate boost is, up to 50%. just head to neudaiz and go to ...some lobby i cant remember the name of. egam?

Guardian Boost Road. A minor event where you run a given set of missions to boost certain rates: drop rates, exp, etc. - depends on the event. You'd have to do all the missions in the set to get your minimum boost. Repeat them many times to get up to 50%. Combine with 5 others to get up to 300% boost.

Yo, Blue Dragon is back after some hard times & great depressions here & there & decided to hop back on PSU for old time sake. But I gotta ask...where is everyone? Logged in & no stars in any room. Usually I might hear a couple of ppl talking & joking as soon as I got back on, turns out its a ghost ship with zombie npcs standing around. So if its no trouble, let me know where everyone migrated to. Gotta do some months of catching up. >.<
