Compress PA

I have a couple of questions about the Compress PA.

1) Can it be stacked if you have 2 of them equipped. In other words, instead of saving 33 percent of the charge up time for photon arts, can you save 66 percent of the time. If 2 can be stacked, can 3 be stacked?

2) Can you only obtain this item once on your DS? I ask this because you need to beat 15 missions on hard to get it, but I'm pretty sure that once you get that item you wont be able to get it again with a second character.

Any help with these question would be great. Thanks.

1. doubt it. a lot of units cant be stacked except for stat boosting ones

2. once only per cartridge. its a reward item which is 1 time only rewards
