Meseta Element

I understand that the higher level a weapon's element, the most potent it is, but is Meseta Element very useful at all? is more meseta gained by how many hits you dish out, by damage, or something else? and is there a weapon/PA that makes stealing it more efficient?

Hard mode, equip drops sell for 1-3k each... I have 600k meseta after clearing Tower just now. I can't imagine you needing a meseta steal.

Now, if you looted/found in store a 3+ meseta weapon, then go ahead an grab it. Then change the element.

Yeah, I see what you're saying. I played my first Hard Mode game and walked out with double the funds I started with from selling loot/meseta drops. Now the goal is to manipulate the shops into selling what I want/need since I can afford whatever I want after a run or two. Thanks!
