AR to get access to online levels, offline?

i heard rumors of people using an AR to get items only available online, for offline mode, i was wondering if it could also be used to gain access to those areas on the disc that you cannot see unless you are online, while offline.

i heard the paracabana coast only unlocks once story mode is completed, but for some reason they didnt include the level in offline mode. and yet they mention both it and granigs mines, and granigs mines unlocks after chapter 2 of story mode, offline.

could the AR be used to gain access to that, and other areas that are on the disc, like the PSO levels, the casino, the other city, etc.

In theory, yes, since it's on the disk. It wouldn't work exactly the same, due to the server handling it normally, though. Also you would have to find the codes TO access these. None of the cheat engine companies made many codes for PSU, sadly. I was only able to find gameshark ones for level ups and meseta for the original. Absolutely nothing for AoI.
