To post it just put the picture link here [/IMG ]
Without the spaces.

For example-
[IMG]google.com (but you want the link to the photobucket, or whatever you use to upload images).

You should first try to upload your quality images to a host, like imageshack.us, tinypic.com or photpbucket.com, then link them here using the img tags Volcom showed. Or just paste the html links in the message.
