While I don't know where to find the image as a desktop, I know I've seen it before. I think it is a cover or back-cover to a PSO Doujinshi. (that is not a porn one, I don't think) Perhaps if you can find a place with Doujinshi uploads (or Ebay) you might find it. Beware though, some of them are scary.

I think the Hucast is the coolest of the male chars on that pic, I mean look at the attention to details when it comes to show the slightly damaged frame! And the slight disproportion makes it look meaner. Meh that's just my opinion <_<
