how the heck do you add them to your weapon? i click on it and i cant click use lol

you have to take the element and weapon to that shady native american on the right of the venders in town

First you'll have to grind the wep to it's max potential then you can take it to said "shady native american" lol. He'll charge you an amount of meseta based on how rare the wep is and then add the element you choose. (make sure it's in your inventory).
