Ok, cancel my subscription?

how do I cancel my subscription? I've looked everywhere and cant find a link or anything relative to canceling. I've played some of PSU and it just not my thing. I liked PSO, but PSU is different. Anyone, please?

Im using the xbox version. I did call the 1-800 number for xbox but was on hold for 30 min...so i hung up. Anyone know if thats the only way to cancel?

It is the only way to cancel.
If you were on the phone for 30 minutes, why would you hang up after being on hold for so long?
If anything, you'd think someone would hang up after only 5 minutes or so.
If I was on the phone for 30 minutes, I'd say F it, and stay on til someone answers.

Keep calling until they decide to pick it up. It could
also be that they're on vacation because of Thanksgiving...maybe. :hamster:
