In need of help with dmg

As a lvl 88 HUcast, i can't seem to bring out any dmg against the monsters in super hard mode. Watching how other players online hammering with overend or just plain melee exeeding 300-1.5k per hit ... i just wanna know how > >

Currently using:
weapons - dagger(foie haze) , swords(Klau Solas) , claws(Adoralphs) (been unlucky with weapon farming)
armor - Carabinier Armor (4) with 4 hero/power
mag - 100 power Radem
Materials: 80 power mat
100% hit rate

any guides on how to bring out my dmg would be great thanks =]

How much damage do you do with all of that?
HUcast have the highest natural ATP in the game!!!

It could be just the weapon you're using.
Having a weapon bonus on a certain enemy type
also helps in doing more damage.

Since you're a cast, you don't have the advantage
of being able to cast shifta on yourself. [But that should
be a problem if your teammate is good at main-
taining buffs.]

Focus on weapons that have a lvl 3-4 element, change it to celeb, equip an element boost. That's about the only thing left for you to increase your damage without cheating.
