Put everything in MST.
lololololololololol
But seriously?
ATP and PP.
RAcasts already have godly ATA and DFP from their race/class bonuses. I dont think you NEED EVP because you're a RAcast. You can take hits well and take a few of them at that, and they do the least amount of damage in comparison to the rest of your class. You're also a RA so if you're on the front lines. You're playing your class wrong.
So if you Focus on ATP, you'll do alot more damage, and adding to your PP gives you more PAs to use in the future when you really want to spam.
So you could try something like 60ATP/20PP for an extra 40 PP which is like 2-3 more PAs and possibly go for a 80ATP/20ATA mag.
That's my opinion and my theorycraft. :V

The photon drop shop makes mat's much easier, its way faster than actually tracking the darn things down.

Its not necessary to put mats in PP.
I run with 4 slot armor, in which one of those slots goes to a PP recharge lvl 4 (or lvl 5, if you were to have one)....I never run out of PP and I use PAs quite a bit.

Being a RAcast doesn't automatically constitute front lines, since rangers tend to...you know... range. Unless you're a gunblade wielder, or don't wield a gun at all >_>
I personally just maxed power. 100 POW mag (Granrir FTW), God/Power in every slot, Mechguns (Max Power*2=Death to Enemies), and 80 POW mats. Works wonders when paired with a Hunter. Now, if only they still had Shots...
