Is it possible to get this demo for a USA DSi?

Note:I have the full game but the many different Phantasy Star Series demos have tended to be among the best demos i've ever seen so i would luv to try this one,even it cost me a few nintendo points...

It's not a demo. I have no idea how the regional stores work on the DSi either but I have a feeling that our buddy Google has an answer.

Wait does that mean the DSi can only use games for the region you bought it in?So to play PS0(Mini) i would need a JP system?

It is my understanding DSi Ware and DSi specific games are region locked. Any regular DS game, such as PS0, are region free.
