Game freezes and graphics glitch

I'm having this problem ever since I bought the Casino Volyale music disc and checked my inventory in the main Moatoob lobby. The game will have up-close graphics glitches, apply those graphics as character skins, display hex code (in big letters/number) and freeze. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't fix it.

I have a screenshot of the graphic glitch applied as skin thing so...

Any ideas?
