Was i banned from the IRC channel? iwa sin there litterally

i'm not commplaining i just wanted to know if it was me being banned or somethign wrong with my computer because i didn't get the "+b" sign and i didn't get one message in.
so i ask the moderaters was i put on the Auto Kick list or is my computer acting bad again
my i have a IRC address thign with somethign within the range of "Ga.charter" something i'm sorry i don't mean to add extra work for you but i sorta wanted to go into the chan and chat a bit.
if someone does read this and wants to see whats wrong if i wasn't banned
a message came up "PSOW cannot send to chan" or something.

The channel was moderated at the time you tried to join. That means you can join but cannot send messages to the channel. Only people with voice or operator status (the "v" or "@" sign next to someone's name) can send messages when the channel is moderated.
