"Rare" Teleporter for Pizza Hut Weapons

This certainly made me wtf. From what I can tell, there are some weapons that you can buy with meseta (Cheeseline, lololol), but I can't make out what it's saying about Stamp Cards. Where do I get these? What do they do? What does it buy? Where do I get'em?

Anyway, the sponsorship is obviously over the top, but it's kinda lulz to throw around Pizzas as Slicers.

You get a stamp each time you visit one of the rare shops. When you get three stamps you can get a special item.

There's always three NPCs at the pizza/cake shops; the one in the front always gives you a candle, the second one always gives you a stamp (get three and trade them for a set of their clothes in whatever colour), and the one in the back sells shit. In other words, by the time you get sick of the candles and buy all their stuff (the inventory does change/update!), you'll only still want the stamps really. Unless you don't want any more of their outfits either of course.
