Sonichi Soul - Paru SH, any enemy
Arkharz Soul - ET Normal, any enemy
Femini Soul - ET Hard, any enemy
Radam Soul - ET SH, any enemy

Soniti Soul is very rare, I've only found one (and used it) out of over 300 runs through Paru, opening all boxes.
