Preparations:
Must have >> Alfort Tylor Partner Card from "Restoration 2".
Must have >> Karen Erra Partner, and watched 'both Subplots' from "Photon Harvest".
Must played >> "Innocent Girl" 15+ times. (Or Vivienne has ask all the questions she can ask)
Must Played >> Side Story "The Magashi Plan" (Need 'S'. And must be on the Main Path. Monitor/Screen/TV Left)
Details:
At this stages, If you haven't have the 2 Partner Cards as mentioned above.
Chances are you are missing more then just the 2, along with others that need to complete the story.
Suggest go here to play some catch-up before you start.

Once you have Orson Weaber Pattner Card. You have successfully completed Subplots 1 and 2.
When you have successfully progress to summary 9. You'll notice the cut scenes are different from before.
Summary
1. Have the Preparations done.
2. Play "A Brighter Day" 1 and 2 once.
3. Go back to Chapter 7. Play "Road to Ryoko" 1 and 2.
With '1' it is ok to skip to scenes. When you get to '2', Change: "She should return and help Lou" and complete the mission.
4. Play "A Brighter Day" 1 and 2 again. DO NOT Skip.
When you get to '2' Select to go with the Vol Brothers. Once done, you'll get 3 of their cards.
5. Go back to Chapter 6. Play "Photon Harvest".
At '1' Select "Stay up and listen". At '2 Select "Tell what happen", and "Go with Hyuga and Maya"
6. Play "A Brighter Day" 1 and 2. DO NOT Skip. Once complete you get Orsen Weaber Partner Card.
7. Play Chapter 7 "Road to Ryoko 1 and 2. '1' ok to skip.
'2' DO NOT Skip. Select "She should stat with the Doctor"
8. Play Chapter 8. 1 and 2. DO NOT Skip.
9. Play Chapter 8. 1 and 2. Select "not allow Lou to go". DO NOT Skip.
10. Play Chapter 8. 1 and 2. Select "allow Lou to go". DO NOT Skip.
Mission Complete.
