What does stamina do?

What does the stat stamina do? Also, is there a guide that has each of the races stat tiers in psp2?

Sta or Endurance, raise(or lower) the rate you get effected by poison, freeze, burn, and all that.

Whats the difference between PP and TP? And does PP rec. heal TP?

Assuming you're referring to the PSO/PSU stat differences, PP is your special ability bar (i.e., PSO's TP), TP is your magic strength (i.e., PSO's MST), and MST is your magic resistance (there is no PSO equivalent). PP recovery restores PP, obviously.
