well i wanna be the hard working kind and train...like are there any special ways such as quests that give good experience or places?

Yes, quests have higher exp. rates, where field runs have better drop rates.
I only played the story quests, and all Hard quests for a Compress PA unit.
Other than that, I just did field runs while training, and hunting items aswell.
The more effort you put into your training, the better it feels when you reach 100.
