rare shop tickets

so I have found 3 rare shops and have the tickets, but when I talk to the first person and she brings up a list of what I presume are rewards I can turn them in for, they all seem to be the items I just bought?

Is there any unique rewards I can get them for?

The best I can tell from what I've seen so far is that each rare shop has their own stamp card. Each time you visit the shop you get another stamp (unsure who to talk to exactly to do this. I just talk to everyone each time). When a stamp card has 3 stamps you can turn it in for a ticket. You can then amass those and trade them in for items.

Can't say for sure though. So far I've only found the cake shop twice and pizza hut once
