Umm.... No there isn't. If you know how to play PSU, you know how to play this game. Besides, any unauthorized patchng of the game is thwarted by Gameguard.

It'll make all non-Unicode (ie. non-english) programs try to display in Japanese, you can change it back after installing PSU.
You shouldn't really have a problem with this if all your programs are in English anyway.

It basically says file not found... Try installing from another folder?
Maybe your windows has some weird file priveliges, try running as administrator?

Easiest way is to right click on the language bar, and choose Additional icons in taskbar
Then you can click on the IME Pad on the bar when you need it.

cause i donwload it from there and i get no problems installint it....but cause i´m not playing online i use the data on my US copy to play with the japanese voices, videos include, with english subs....try download it them again...put all 4 on a single folder and cross fingers XD...

EDIT: also try going to the properties of the 4 files and unlocked the privilieges to read write to all your pc accounts (also on the first page of the properties at the end is a box with the unlock option in case you re using windows 7)

if you put the JP data folder on the psu aoi folder and use your US psuaoi.exe or psuaoioff.exe, the game start with japanese sounds (npc and character voices), but menus, dialogues, videos (japanese voice with english sub), items explanation with english language. so far i found the import explanation screen in blank, and some options from the lumilass shop also in blank, but everything is working perfectly.
try it...i look a lot of threads to get the japanese voices and i found this better...a lot better...laias voices from the videos look her more "maleish" than the US voice

i was thinking about it... i think it will only work for offline play...i don´t how is the programimng of the game but i´m quite sure that the info for the servers are held on the psuaoi.exe from the JP version....soooo...you need to use it that to play on the JP server... forme it only works on the offline play i never tried iot for online...
i have installed first my US copy...then i use the DATA folder from the JP on the US version...


i confirmed that using the US psuoffaoi.exe on the JP version will get you the offline play with all the videos and voices on japanese with englsih subs, also the menus in english....

for online i don´t think that will work though....

Summarizing:

If you have XP, you'll need the XP CD to install it.
With Vista or Win7 just go to your control panel->Region and language->Keyboards and languages->Change Keyboard-> install Japanese.

If you follow re's guide exactly, to the letter, you should be having any problems.
Don't forget to download the install files before trying to install!

For now, the only thing you need to do is copy and paste the example into the text field.
When it comes to logging into your account with the katakana captcha, you can easily google a katakana chart.
