S-reds arms

Well i would have put these on the Item part of the forum, but i cant get htere for some reason. So i was wondering, if the shifta and deband that the S-reds cast was strong enough, for me, a lvl 118 HUmar to use. Or are they like weak lvl 5 shifta and deband, OR is it quite useful? thanks

i know that its a very low level s/d.

it seems like about lv1/2, lol

At a high level it's still pretty useful despite the low level of the S/D it casts. It's especially good for androids in offline single player.

Or the occasional game with four HUmars, heheh.
