Well, first of all, have you checked this list?

Rika's Claw would be the best claw in the game, and it's base atp tops at 426.

I think he's referring to *his* ATP when the claw is equipped. Nonetheless, no one in their right mind will trade a Rika's Claw for what he's offering.

Yeah I figured that ;-) I was just simply pointing it out as a 'fyi' to him that no claw in the game is over 600 ATP.
