Nothing tears up the eternal tower quite like a 5-Attribute Hadan Bite, AKA a 1-in-500+ version of the best claw in the game, which one makes by paying 100,000 meseta and trading a very rare drop item to the Item Collector.
With this thing, you can do uber damage to everything in the tower without having to enter the menu and switch weapons between rooms. I have personally used this weapon to smack the crappy frogs/pigs/birds/bats for 500+, do 450s on the Mothers, 400s on the gigantic monkey dudes, 300s on Phobos/Zaphobos/Arkhzeins/Korses, mid-200s on the Finjers/Rumoles/giant yeti dudes, 90s on Rohcrystas, etc. etc. etc...*

I spent 5+ hours resetting (over a period of many days, while waiting on hold, waiting for water to boil, on the train, etc.) to get this amazing Hadan Bite, which I then used for over 350 combined SH tower floors trying to get a blasted Radam Soul. (Addiction. It's a sad, sad thing.)
Now that I finally have a Radam, I'm never visiting the tower again, and so I have no need for a multi-element Hadan Bite.
The 36 hit is a nice bonus and helps mitigate Bite Stamp's somewhat heavy ATA penalty whilst you're still leveling up. (In my experience, you need about 590 ATA to not miss against most SH mobs with Bite Stamp.)
So yeah, I'd like to trade this thing.

And yes, it is possible to get an item with bonuses in all 5 Attributes. About 1 in 150 Hadans I roll up have bonuses---albeit almost always mediocre ones---in Native, Beast, Machine, Dark, and Hit.
* (All numbers are real per-hit averages sourced from my level 91 HUcaseal, in single player, without Shifta or Chain bonuses, using Bite Stamp on SH tower floors 50 [Force Mother] through 60 [Blade Mother]. Yes, that is like 1500+ damage per 2.5-second charge time, and it goes up dramatically when you detonate a Chain. Other Equipment I had on: 80 Power Mats, 100 Power Mag, 1 Hero/Power, 1 Master/Power, 1 Compress PA and 1 Element Boost.)
