It appears to me that we can't yet obtain an outfit like Ethan Waber's Illuminous outfit... Does the JP PSU have it released?

If they do, it's probably something from GC.
Just like the PM clothing, and the Christmas stuff. :/
I wanted that Christmas outfit.
