Do treasure chests drop all items available to everyone? Ive noticed nobody ever picks up meseta, is meseta only available to me?

Everyone gets their own set of drops.

Everyone has their own set of loots in freeplay.What you see in your screen is your own share of the loots.If you take you own share of the loots other people share wont be affected,same goes for the content.If you got a super rare stuff,other might not get the ones your getting and vice-versa.Its pretty smart on part of Sega to do this,they have figured out some players just only goes for the ride just looting.

I thought it was very good idea on their part if you get someone who's an item hog, in this game theres not issue

Yeah, it works out pretty fair, except that everyone gets different items after bosses (and possibly the rest of the time) so it's kinda lame when you get crap and someone else gets a super rare drop >_<
