How do you get a game key?

I made an account for PSU-Japan, but I didn't receive a game-key in the email itself. Is there anyway to get this key? Like a long way through a site?

When you log onto the JP billing website, the option to buy the necessary CD key is the 3rd one as I circled.

Particularly now? Nope. I'm finally on my vacation far, far away from school and work...and my PC lol. But it's okay. I really needed the break from it all @_@

However, when I am on JP, yes I am thoroughly enjoying myself. Market+event=FTW :D

イルミナスゲームキー購入 is where you enter the CD key...you have to buy it first which is what I circled lol.

shades right, you have in fact circled "Thanks Campaign".
There are two options on that page which are similar.
イルミナスゲームキー購入(Purchase Game Key) and
イルミナスゲームキー登録(Register Game Key)
So don't get confused by their similarity.

When I logged in, it was logical to assume that the Try Option would not exist if one is trying the game already. I know bobby circled the thanks campaign. The screenshot helped a lot though.

I know some Japanese, but had trouble navigating the page. I just logged out and I like the event a lot.

Is there anything I need to know in regards to billing? Like are there any billing options that work or don't work?

Your best bet is to pay by Credit Card, but the minimum subscription period is 2 months, so if you wanna cancel after only 1 month, tough luck.
You could always pay using Netcash or Webmoney if you can get your hands on some.
