Nah.. Perfect Hair Forever never made it to DVD, the creators said there were 16 more episodes in the works, but the series just stopped after episode 7.

Adultswim.com actually allows you to create a custom DVD of Adult Swim shows, and they definitely have Perfect Hair Forever available. So if you wanted to, you could just put all 7 episodes of the show on your custom DVD and order that. I read a couple notes from people who did that in order to get Drinky Crow, which wasn't officially released either.

Man, I still remember when they premiered Perfect Hair Forever. My girlfriend and I were getting ready to go somewhere when it came on the TV, and we were so confused (as AS hadn't mentioned the schedule would be different at all), that we just froze there in our coats and shoes and just watched it all the way through without sitting down. Words failed us.

What I'm trying to say is that it was pretty bizarre.
