You should keep your compress PA. Don't even trade it for a Psycho Wand.

I don't get why the thing is so valuable, aside from being available only once per cartridge. It seems to me a 33% cut on PA charge up time isn't a game breaker at all.

The thing is that it makes lv15 techs Ra- cast time almost instantaneous and certain PAs like the ones on daggers as well. Though not game breaking, certain PAs (Earth Bullet, Over End, Bite Stamp, etc) and techs are the best forms of damage because it is faster than using 3 heavy attacks.

The faster one can charge up a devastating attack the faster they can go back to recharge the attack and let it off again. Not to mention that enemies in this game are faster then previous ones and the lack of -/Battle units doesn't help either. :-P

Hmm, I was not aware that it worked on Techs and not just PA's... thats nice.
