according to the item data base, it's new but it won't say where it drops, so i'm guessing off of dark god s2. Does anyone know anything about this?

Both the board and the made armor drop from Dark God S2.

I've seen the made armor in shops (though they get bought up when listed at a stack) and there are a few people selling the board in the trade forums.

If you get a board, make it neutral and then sell it to the NPC.

Hey, I <3 my neutral weps and armor and they are definetly better than any 50% 10/10 because I never have to worry about having the wrong element
