So I was watching Sands of Destruction the anime, and they gave Toppy a deep manly voice. I was like "WTF?" lol

But I did question the English voice actor choice of a Bruce Lee DVD 2 pack in which the movie where he was a phone repair-man-man and he had a deep manly voice.
