Force can't use Crisla-Senba?

So I'm maxing out the job tree on my main char out of boredom, and I dug up an otherwise unused Crisla-senba line shield to use for the head AND extra slots... but it says I can't equip it because of type. I thought Forces could equip this shield?

So psupedia needs an update. It says it's usable by "Forces, Fortetechers and Masterforces."
