Well, I was looking at the official event page, and they don't list the tags as an exchange item yet. PSUPedia has the information as it was in the JP version of the event, which may or may not be what we get.

You have to bet 5 gold medals and hope you get one.

I've already gotten a GUARDIANS and an Illuminus tag. You just have to get lucky, that's all.

its not exchangable, its just winnable from the lottery (bet 5)
