Ask a forum mod to move this to the Phantasy Star Zero section where you can meet all the other PSZ players.

You are in luck because there is an event going on now that will let you jump up in your characters level. Many people gather there on a few different server/universes.

Just go to the Guardians Colony fifth floor and you'll find plenty of people to give you a hand. Just make sure to display what level people are on so you find people to group with.
