So, I was checking the new and improved Rare Enemy Guide, and finally decided to try this so called Telepipe trick. But I feel bad now, because I had to "cheat" to pull a rare enemy out of the game. I went to the Fake in Yellow Quest, then proceded to the ideal spot: 8 rappies at a time... took me about 15 mins of telepiping, but I finally got a Pal Rappy to appear. While in the midst of crapping myself in joy, I managed to fumble around with the 4th controller and snap a picture of it, or my brother would NEVER believe me. At any rate, I did manage to kill him, and before he ran away I tossed a Rafoie at him, which I was nervous that I would botch that and get nothing... but he dropped a SPECIAL WEAPON, which did turn out to be the 1975 AGITO, which made me ever so happy, since I heard there was about a 1 in 20 chance of this happening. So this finally brings me to a total of 3 rare enemies in 170 hours of game play and 115 levels.

Kill List:
1 Hildeblue - Hildeblue Head - Level 63
1 Hildetorr - Star Amplifier - Level 95
1 Pal Rappy - Agito (1975) - Level 115 (TP Trick)

Oh well, I feel bad using the trick, because I don't feel I got it legitimately, but all in all I think I deserve it due to my patience in waiting for one, which may or may not have ever come.

So, eventually I hope to have a list that will include every rare enemy, and multples of them... but at the rate I'm going, It will take me quite a few lifetimes... Oh well.

There's no need to feel guilty about it, I use it too sometimes. It's not like your duping. All you did was get the opportunity to find the weapon, not get it by cheating or anything.

do you know what I mean?

There's nothing cheating about the TP trick. It's just one of two methods to find rare enemies. Some people can literally pipe for hours and never see a rare enemy. Likewise you can run through Fake in Yellow for hours without telepiping and still never see a rare rappy. It's all really luck of the draw, when the system decides it wants to spit something out at you. If you have the patience to use the TP trick, use it. If it bores you to death, don't use it. But either way, you'll eventually find rare enemies and quite possibly get some good items.

Congratulations on your find. Some people will probably cry inside after hearing you got the real Agito on your first Pal Rappy. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif

lol 1st of all... moleman u got the quote wrong its,
"It was about then that the chosen one learned a very important lesson about Iron claws...
...They hurt like CRAP man!" http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Using the pipe trick isnt really cheating its just "helping" you find a rare enemy faster... If you really wanna justify it buy a monomate everytime u pipe up so you can at least say u needed sumthing, btw does ne1 no wat rare ocurances depend on? i jus started playing my new HUmar RappySPLAT(SKYLY) today i found it funny that i ran into an Al Rappy, got a booma right hand, a trigrinder, a mind material, and a photon drop ive onli been on him about 2 hours hes lvl 7 and hes about to fight the dragon

wow, those are excellent items you have obtained...and just by 3 rare enemies? very fortunate indeed...yeah, I agree with everyone that the tp trick is NOT a cheat...people do it to get rares such as you did...a very common procedure to get rares...
