Hey, despite the fact I created a JP PSN account AND updated the game to 1.01, I still can't connect online.

Anyone can give a clear tutorial on how to fix it? I keep hearing about this retail code, but I have no idea where to locate such code and where to input it.

If you bought the UMD, open your case and remove the booklet.

input the code in the PSN Store (the icon with the number 12)
