Does the Elemental Weapon weapon style boost the elmental % for bullet and tech weapons or just skill based weapons? Thank you for the reply!

An weapon with a %. It's a hidden bonus as well, so it will still factor into damage calculations, but it won't show like 5% higher on any weapon. The bonus is sitll there though :p
