Is it just me, or did they screw up the Gugg crown drop rate?

I've been running dancing birds a ton tonight, where I could easily get a gugg crown every couple runs, and like 30-40 runs later I haven't snagged a single one. I've gotten 20+ perori mates though...

So it seems they made it easier to get illuminus tags (which I grabbed from the lottery), but can't get a damn gugg crown now to make a coat. I noticed the price on them has gone way up too. Sigh...

Gugg crowns have gone way up in price too, so I sure as heck wasn't going to pay 1.5 mill per crown to make a coat, thanks. I remember when they were like 150k.

I've ran Flowery Pursuit with my friends over 50 times (past two days); and still no drops >< , and I HAVE SUPERHOLY LUCK!!
