Best known NPC use

While doing my ET run, Sarisa and Kai died... again. Anyway there bodies where lying on the ground kind of overlapping each other (get your mind out of the gutter). Anyway a ghowl was trying to get to me but couldnt get over their dead bodies so it was stuck. Prefect use for NPC, check.

I thought using them for shield against Arkzeins is the best use for NPCs. :-P

Nah, when they are still alive there speech bubbles can make you unable to see incoming missles :-P

You have problems seeing their missiles with speech bubbles? wat? I used to use a shield (tatami, 0/0/0/26/0; Bull Smash) with my RAmarl. Now I'm just rolling through them constantly.

Anyways on topic...

I use NPCs to chain PBs, especially during Mother fights. I used to nuke her (them) with a Granir and cut fight time by half. Now that I have a Chato (red-ear), I equip my Hocho (43/0/0/50/0; Over End) that I bought in shop, PB chain Flozir (if possible) and PA her to death (with invincibility and crits if possible).

EDIT: As backup without invincibility (less than 3 teammates with PB)... Tatami Mat and Bull Smash her (them) to death.

Hmm thats kind of funny but Im usually playing my hunter so I don't shoot often. It's also kind of weird when you freeze enemies and your npc starts pushing them around the room... you can also do this just somthing I noticed. Anyway I always bring Sarisa for one of my npc because she helps keep the others alive ( mostly Kai / Reeve ). Ogi I find is most helpful in performing chain combos.
