i have a random soul and 4 rappy souls. how and when do i use them.

Feed one of them to your Mag when it's at least a certain level and it will evolve into a Rare Mag. ^.^

The Rappy Soul will work on a Mag that's at least level 60, and the Radam Soul won't work on a Mag until the Mag is level 80.

Also if you go to sell those items in the shop they will tell you at the counter what level you can use those in the info window
