I'm unsure if this is where I should post this, but they can always move it if needed.

This is from a friend of mine on another forum, and I thought I should check it here if it's true or just fake.

And there is a rumor that you can change your langauge to Japanese and then if you go online and do galleon's ship quest you can do this one that only japanese people can and it lets each character get 1 (ONLY 1, unless you start a new char) relatively free (You do a simple quest) Jack-O-Latern, which gives you mag cells. This rumor hasn't been confirmed though so if you're going to try it, becareful.

that's only for jp ver 1.1, to make up for all the items they lost when they converted
